Para estar sanos, tenemos que cuidar de nuestro cuerpo y darle los elementos b\u00e1sicos para apoyar y optimizar nuestro sistema inmunitario. Nuestro sistema inmunitario es nuestra principal l\u00ednea de defensa cuando un intruso ha entrado en nuestro cuerpo. El sistema inmunitario es un grupo de c\u00e9lulas que detectan part\u00edculas extra\u00f1as. Una vez detectado el intruso, las c\u00e9lulas env\u00edan se\u00f1ales a otras c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmunitario para pedirles ayuda. Las c\u00e9lulas fabrican anticuerpos y liberan sustancias qu\u00edmicas que ayudan a destruir al intruso y tambi\u00e9n preparan al organismo para un futuro ataque. Para que estas c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmunitario funcionen de forma \u00f3ptima, tenemos que tratar bien a nuestro cuerpo. Tenemos que comer buenos alimentos ricos en nutrientes y antioxidantes, tenemos que controlar nuestros niveles de estr\u00e9s y tenemos que hacer ejercicio al menos 3 veces por semana. Otras cosas que podemos hacer con un poco de ayuda de un m\u00e9dico son optimizar nuestras hormonas, aumentar la ingesta de vitaminas con infusiones intravenosas y perder peso. Muchas veces no podemos absorber suficientes nutrientes por v\u00eda oral. Necesitamos utilizar infusiones intravenosas para tomar mayores dosis de vitamina C que puedan ser absorbidas mejor por el organismo. Si tienes inflamaci\u00f3n en el intestino, necesitas trabajar en reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n para aumentar la absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes. Puedes hacer una prueba de micronutrientes para comprobar los niveles de diferentes nutrientes en tu cuerpo. En lo que respecta a las hormonas, tu sistema inmunitario funciona mejor cuando tus hormonas est\u00e1n equilibradas, puedes analizar tus hormonas con un simple an\u00e1lisis de sangre o saliva y luego reponer las hormonas que est\u00e9n bajas o cambiar el estilo de vida para estimular a tu cuerpo a producir sus propias hormonas. Algunas personas luchan con su tiroides que se deriva principalmente de la falta de yodo, selenio y hierro, pero tambi\u00e9n el gluten puede aumentar los anticuerpos contra las prote\u00ednas de la tiroides que luego perjudican su capacidad para funcionar bien. Cuando las hormonas est\u00e1n optimizadas, las personas duermen mejor y tienen m\u00e1s energ\u00eda.
