IV Therapy in Ocala, FL
Our Ocala team administers Vitamin C and Myers' Cocktail infusions under nurse practitioner care, with a plain answer to what an infusion can do for you and what it cannot.
Candour First
An Infusion, Explained Honestly
An IV drip delivers vitamins and minerals directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. That is the whole mechanism, and this page does not claim more than that.
Your infusion in Ocala is directed by a nurse practitioner inside a physician-founded medical practice. Your provider tells you plainly what a drip supports, which is hydration and nutrient intake. It does not replace a diagnosis or the treatment of a medical condition.
The same two formulas run at our Tampa location, to standards Dr. Tali Arviv, MD has held the practice to since founding it in 2014.

Two Formulas and the Care Behind Them
Both drips are named for what is in the bag. Your consult settles which one fits the reason you came in, and whether one fits at all.
Vitamin C Infusion
The plainest option we offer: one named nutrient and nothing mixed in, if you would rather start simple.
The Myers' Cocktail
Vitamin B complex, magnesium, calcium, and Vitamin C in one drip, mixed by advance order so it is ready the moment your appointment starts.
Nurse Practitioner Care
Your infusion runs inside a physician-founded medical practice, with a nurse practitioner directing the visit from consult to final bandage.
Sometimes the drip is not the real question. Weekly B12 support belongs to the supervised medical weight loss program, and months of flat energy are usually better answered by a lab-first hormone replacement therapy conversation than by any single infusion.
Before, During, After
From Arrival to Aftercare
These four steps come from the practice's own care instructions, and your provider walks through them with you before anything is placed.
Arrive Hydrated After a Meal
Have water and a meal with protein before you come in, and skip coffee or tea that morning. These are the practice's pre-infusion instructions, and your provider explains how they apply to you.
Your Provider Sets the Formula
Vitamin C can run the day you arrive. The Myers' Cocktail is compounded in advance, so if it is the right fit for you, request it at booking and it is mixed and waiting when you sit down.
Stay Settled in the Chair
Keep your legs uncrossed during the infusion, which is the practice's own instruction, and say something right away if the site feels uncomfortable.
Bandage, Hydrate, Rest
The bandage stays on for 15 minutes, longer if you bruise easily. Then drink more water and keep the rest of your day light.
Ordered Before You Drive
Am I the Right Candidate?
Two formulas are administered here, a Vitamin C infusion and the Myers’ Cocktail, with a nurse practitioner running the visit. One is compounded before you arrive, so this is an appointment to plan.
When an Infusion May Be Appropriate
- You want this done in a clinical room under medical oversight, with a nurse practitioner directing the visit.
- Being told which formula is appropriate suits you better than choosing from a board.
- Another appointment here is already booked and folding the drip into that trip appeals.
- A demanding stretch is coming, or a routine you already keep has a gap in it.
Cleared, and Planned Ahead
- The Myers’ Cocktail is mixed in advance, so it has to be requested at booking rather than at the chair.
- Skipping coffee or tea that morning and arriving with a protein meal in you is part of the plan, and your provider goes over the rest at your consult.
- Kidney and heart conditions in particular can rule an infusion out, and your medications are reviewed before either formula is chosen.
- This supports a wellness plan and does not stand in for care of a diagnosed condition or a symptom that will not shift.
Weekly B12 already sits inside the supervised medical weight loss program, so an infusion is sometimes the wrong answer to a question already covered. Book a consult in Ocala and ask which applies.

What Ocala Guests Say About Medical Wellness
No published Ocala review describes an IV drip. What guests write about is the providers on this roster and, often, a first appointment here, which is who this page is mostly for. Read more reviews from guests across all three Florida locations.
“I wanted to thank Dr Arviv who knew how to diagnose and decide on the right treatment for me. I arrived at the clinic and found a very pleasant place equipped with the newest equipment. An amazing team that greeted me pleasantly. I suffered terribly from an aesthetic point of view and after the treatments my confidence returned. Thank you.”
“Dr Arviv is fabulous, has a great eye for what will best enhance your features!! I completely trust her judgement! She is also incredibly knowledgeable on hormonal issues. I definitely give her and her compassionate helpful staff 5 stars!”
“I have received such good care at Arviv! The moment I walked in I felt at ease. Received excellent care with the Dr., she takes her time and listens. Julie is an expert at what she does, trust her completely.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What is in the Myers' Cocktail, and why must I order it in advance?
The Myers' Cocktail we run in Ocala holds Vitamin B complex, magnesium, calcium, and Vitamin C in a single infusion. It is compounded before your appointment rather than at the chair, so request it when you book and it will be ready on arrival.
Who administers the infusion in Ocala?
A nurse practitioner directs infusion visits at this office, which operates as part of a medical practice founded and led by a physician. You will know the credential of the person caring for you before the drip starts.
What can an infusion help with, and what should I not expect from it?
You can use an infusion to support hydration and nutrient intake, often around a demanding stretch or as part of a wellness routine you already keep. It is not a treatment for a diagnosed condition, and it does not replace seeing your primary provider about a symptom that will not let up. If a drip is not the right answer for you, we say so.
Can IV therapy be combined with your other Ocala wellness programs?
Often, yes. Weekly B12 support already lives inside the supervised medical weight loss program, your provider can discuss peptide options at the same visit if you are curious about them, and flexible financing is available when a single drip grows into a plan.
