Do I need a referral to book a consult?
No referral is needed. Our consultation page books you online, or call or text us, and we match you with the right provider for your concern at whichever of our three Florida locations fits your schedule.
What happens at my first consult?
A private conversation about your concern and health history comes first, followed by a personalized treatment plan explained in full before you commit to anything. Part of your consultation fee is credited toward your first treatment, so the visit itself is never a sunk cost.
Who actually performs my treatment?
Every treatment plan is designed and overseen by Dr. Tali Arviv, MD, our board-certified Medical Director, and the credentialed provider who builds your plan is the one who carries it out. You are never handed off to someone working from a script.
What happens if I'm running late to my appointment?
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your visit is rescheduled or shortened, and a fee can apply under our company policies. Call the office as soon as you know you're running behind, so your provider can plan around it.

What does a consultation cost?
A consult is $100 with a nurse practitioner or $210 with a physician. $100 of that fee is credited toward your first treatment.
Do you require a deposit or a card on file?
Every appointment keeps a valid card on file rather than a separate deposit, and payment is due in full at the time of each treatment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cashier's checks, cash, and gift certificates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations need 48 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up, is treated as a late cancellation, and a fee applies to the card on file: $50 for every 30 minutes booked with a medical provider, or $30 for every 30 minutes with a medical esthetician.
Can I get a refund on products or services?
Skin care products and completed services are non-refundable and non-returnable, and packages follow their own terms, including a 12-month redemption window, all spelled out in our refund policy in full.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Cherry financing. Cherry offers true 0% APR options for those who qualify, approvals up to $50,000, and no hard credit check, so a full treatment plan doesn't have to wait on one payment.
How does the VIP membership work?
The VIP membership is $199 a month for one included service, plus 20% off services and 10% off products (packages and promotional pricing excluded). It's a predictable number every month instead of chasing whatever special is running.
Can I sign up for membership online?
Membership sign-up happens in person, at any of our three Florida locations. Bring your questions to a consult and our team sets it up on the spot.
