Energy and Hormones, Read by Labs
Arviv Medical Aesthetics treats low energy and hormone concerns with hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, and IV therapy in Miami, Tampa, and Ocala, under Dr. Tali Arviv, MD.
Understanding the Concern
Labs First, Then a Plan
Low energy has more than one cause, and hormones are only one of them. Every plan here opens with lab work: hormone levels for women, and total testosterone, LH, and prolactin for men. The results decide the next step. Dr. Tali Arviv, MD has overseen these wellness programs since founding the practice in 2014.
Tested, Not Assumed
Bloodwork comes before any plan is written, hormone levels for women, total testosterone, LH, and prolactin for men, so your starting point is your own results.
A Method Matched to You
Pellets, injections, gels, patches, and IV infusions are all on the table at consult, chosen for your labs and your preference rather than one default.
Re-Checked on a Schedule
Levels are re-evaluated on a set schedule after a plan begins, so any adjustment follows your own numbers rather than a fixed calendar.
A Quick Decision Aid
Match Your Symptoms to a Panel
Most guests carry more than one of these questions at once, so treat this as a starting map rather than a diagnosis. A clinical overview of bioidentical hormones covers the testing-first approach in more depth.
| Feature | Hormonal Symptoms | Low Testosterone Signs | Hydration or Nutrients | Cellular Energy Support |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where we usually start | Hormone replacement therapy | Testosterone replacement therapy | IV therapy (Vitamin C or the Myers’ Cocktail) | NAD therapy, in Miami and Tampa |

| How it is delivered | A pellet placed under the skin | Injection, gel, patch, or pellet, chosen at consult | An IV infusion | An IV infusion |
Not sure which column fits? Bring your symptoms to a consult and your provider reads them against your own labs before recommending anything.

Frequently Asked Questions About Low Energy and Hormone Care
What causes low energy that hormone testing might explain?
Many things affect energy, and hormones are only one possibility, which is why every plan here starts with bloodwork rather than a symptom list alone. Our NAD therapy guide covers one specific piece of that picture in more depth.
How is hormone therapy different from an IV or NAD infusion?
Hormone and testosterone therapy are diagnosed with a blood panel and dosed to your results over months. IV therapy and NAD are single infusions you can add to a visit, built around hydration and cellular support rather than a hormone diagnosis. Your provider walks through which fits your situation at consult.
Is NAD therapy available at every location?
It is available at our Miami and Tampa locations. Ocala does not currently offer it, though hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, and IV therapy all run there. The Ocala medical wellness page lists everything offered at that office.
How do I get started?
Book a Consult online, or call or text your nearest office. Every plan here begins with a conversation and, where relevant, lab work, never a prescription before either. Financing is available if your plan calls for it.
