About Arviv Medical Aesthetics
We are a physician-led med spa in Tampa, Miami, and Ocala, founded in 2014 and still directed by the physician who built it, Dr. Tali Arviv, MD.
How This Practice Began
From laser aesthetics to medical leadership
Before she was a physician, Dr. Tali Arviv worked as a laser technician for more than a decade, learning skin resurfacing, hair removal, and tattoo removal on the same device families this practice runs today. She went on to earn her MD, completed her residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center, and opened Arviv Medical Aesthetics in Tampa in 2014.
Today she holds board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and still designs and oversees every treatment plan herself. Her work reaches beyond these walls: she is a co-founder of MedSpa Institute, a Florida-licensed aesthetics school, the founder of 360 Surgery Center for procedures outside the med spa scope, and a recurring Haute Beauty columnist on aesthetic medicine, in print since 2020.
You will find the same standard in every office: Tampa in Westchase, Midtown Miami, and Ocala. Wherever you book, your plan comes from the same Medical Director.

Does my VIP membership work at all three locations?
Yes. Your monthly service and member pricing apply in Tampa, Miami, and Ocala alike.
