Your provider builds a specific plan, matched to your anatomy, and states one price for it in writing before you commit to anything.

You pay the number stated at your consult. Nothing changes between your consult and your appointment.

How is my exact price decided?
Your provider builds your plan at a private consult, based on your anatomy, your goals, and the specific product or session count involved, and states one price for it before you commit to anything.
Is pricing the same at all three locations?
Yes, for nearly every service. A short list of treatments, including Emsculpt Neo, CoolSculpting, Alloclae, Erbium:YAG resurfacing, and permanent makeup, is offered at specific locations only, and your consult confirms what is available near you.
Does my VIP membership work at every location?
Yes. Your $199 monthly membership, including your monthly service, your 20% off services, and your 10% off products, applies the same way in Tampa, Miami, and Ocala.
How does financing work?
We work with Cherry, which offers true 0% APR options for those who qualify, approvals up to $50,000, and no hard credit check. The application takes about a minute, and each location has its own. CareCredit is also accepted. Exact terms depend on your credit and on the plan we offer.
Does a consultation cost anything?
Yes. A consultation is $100 with a nurse practitioner or $210 with Dr. Arviv, MD, and your provider explains that fee separately from any treatment plan.
Can I sign up for VIP membership online?
No. Membership sign-up happens in office, at any of our three locations.
