What NAD Actually Is
NAD, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a coenzyme your cells already use in cellular energy production. The infusion delivers it directly into your bloodstream rather than asking your body to make more of it on its own. Guests come to us for NAD as a way to support that cellular energy pathway directly, in one scheduled visit rather than a daily routine.
The wellness programs here have run under Dr. Tali Arviv, MD since she founded the practice in 2014, and a NAD infusion in Miami is no exception.
NAD is one of the two infusion programs here that also runs at our Tampa location; Ocala does not currently offer it.

The infusion itself is unhurried. If anything feels uncomfortable while it runs, say so and your provider adjusts.

NAD therapy is given as an infusion, and most guests add it to a visit already booked. It supports a wellness plan rather than standing in for one.
