IV Therapy · Midtown Miami
IV Therapy in Midtown Miami
At our Midtown Miami location, IV vitamin and mineral infusions, including the Myers' Cocktail, are given under the same physician oversight as every wellness program here.
How It Works
Delivered Directly, Not Digested
IV vitamin therapy puts nutrients into your bloodstream directly rather than sending them through digestion first. This therapy is offered on our Miami menu alongside oral supplements rather than instead of them.
Infusions at this location run under standards set by Dr. Tali Arviv, MD, who founded the practice in 2014 and has overseen its wellness side ever since.
These two formulas are also available at our Tampa location and our Ocala location, prepared the same way.
Two Formulas, One Standard
What Hangs on the IV Pole
There are two main options, both provided under physician-guided protocols. Your consult covers which formula fits your reason for coming in.
Vitamin C Infusion
A single-nutrient infusion for guests who want a straightforward option without a mixed formula.
The Myers' Cocktail
Vitamin B complex, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C together, mixed by preorder so your formula is ready when you arrive.
One Physician, Three Locations
Dr. Tali Arviv, MD sets the clinical standard behind every infusion given at every Arviv location.
If cellular-energy support is what brought you here, NAD therapy runs in the same infusion setting and has its own page.
What to Expect
Your Infusion Visit, Start to Finish
The prep matters as much as the drip, which is why the first step happens before you arrive. Our wellness guide goes deeper on all four steps.
Consult & Prep
Your provider reviews your health history, and you are asked to hydrate and eat beforehand.
Choose Your Formula
Vitamin C or the Myers' Cocktail. The Myers' Cocktail is preorder only, so it is mixed ahead of your visit.
The Infusion
You relax in a chair while the infusion runs, and you let your provider know right away if anything feels uncomfortable.
Aftercare
Hydrate well afterward and give yourself time to rest before your next activity.
Hydration and Nutrients
Am I the Right Candidate?
IV therapy delivers fluids and nutrients directly. Two formulas are offered here, the Vitamin C infusion and the Myers’ Cocktail, and which one suits you is a medical question.
Who Books an Infusion
- You want hydration and nutrient support handled in a clinical setting under physician oversight.
- You would rather have a provider select the formula than pick one from a list yourself.
- You are already coming in for another treatment and want to add the infusion to that visit.
- You want the infusion given in the office rather than at a pop-up or a party.
Before an Infusion Is Booked
- We consider your medical history and current medications, since both can interact with an infusion.
- Kidney and heart conditions are specific reasons an infusion may not suit you.
- Pregnancy and nursing are reviewed before any formula is selected.
- An infusion supports a wellness plan. It does not replace medical care for a diagnosed condition.
Your provider reviews your history and selects the formula with you rather than handing you a menu. Book a consult, or ask about an infusion alongside the rest of your medical wellness plan.

What Miami Guests Say
No published review here describes an IV drip, a vitamin infusion or the Myers' Cocktail, and we would rather say so than let a proof heading imply one does. What guests write about is the team and the visit, which for a service you come back for is the part worth knowing: whether the same people are there each time. Read more reviews from guests across all three Florida locations.
“Nicole is the absolute best at making me feel comfortable and explaining the information I need for services I’m interested in. She’s so good I partially moved to Miami fulltime so I can achieve my results with her! Love the promos too.”
“Tiany was the most knowledgeable and experienced therapist- I highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you so very much for your kind treatment.”
“Got a vial of BPC-157. Had it reconstituted and injected. Thank you Tiani ❤️”
Individual results vary. Reviews describe one guest’s experience and are not a promise of outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the Vitamin C infusion and the Myers' Cocktail?
The Vitamin C infusion is a single-nutrient option, and the Myers' Cocktail combines vitamin B complex, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C in one bag. The Myers' Cocktail requires a preorder so it is ready for your visit. New patients start with a paid consultation applied toward the treatment plan, with flexible financing available.
Who typically books IV therapy in Miami?
You might book an infusion for hydration support, general wellness maintenance, or a reset around a high-exertion stretch like travel or a race, often alongside a skin or wellness routine you already keep. If your questions run more toward energy and mood over months rather than weeks, you may consider hormone replacement therapy, which starts with labs instead of an infusion.
Do I need to prepare before my infusion?
Yes. Drink water and eat a meal with protein beforehand, and skip coffee, tea, and supplements right before your visit. Your provider walks through the full prep list at consult.
Can I combine IV therapy with other treatments here?
You can add an infusion to a visit that already includes injectables or skin care, so one trip covers more of your routine, and your provider can talk through peptide options at the same visit if you are curious about them.
