ArviCell is a combination protocol, not a single product. We build it in-house and list it under Shop. Your provider decides which of the four components below belong in your plan at consult. Not every plan uses all four.
PRP
Platelets and growth factors concentrated from a small draw of your own blood.
NanoParticle Therapy
Cell-free growth-factor particles, previously called exosome therapy. Used on their own or alongside PRP.
Tissue Allografts
Screened donor tissue from bone marrow, amniotic or placental matrix, or umbilical cord tissue.

Where the Tissue Comes From
The allograft components in ArviCell come from screened donors under the federal framework that governs human cell and tissue products, the same category PRP treatment sits under. Ask your provider about screening at consult.
NanoParticle therapy works on the same growth-factor mechanism as PRP. A peer-reviewed review of stem-cell-derived exosome therapies reports tissue-repair activity in preclinical models, and also reports that outcomes vary by source and by study. We state both findings at consult.

What is NanoParticle therapy, and is it the same as exosome therapy?
Yes. NanoParticle therapy is the current name for what the field previously called exosome therapy: cell-free growth-factor particles delivered on their own or alongside PRP. We use the newer term in conversation and keep "exosome" here because that is still how most people search for it.
Where does the tissue in ArviCell come from?
Allograft components (bone marrow, amniotic matrix or fluid, placental matrix, umbilical cord tissue) are sourced from FDA-regulated, screened donors, the same sourcing standard covered above under Sourcing & Safety. Your provider can walk through sourcing for your specific plan at consult.
Is ArviCell available at all three locations?
Yes. ArviCell is part of the same practice-wide protocol Dr. Arviv directs in Tampa, Miami, and Ocala, and it is built into whichever treatment plan calls for it rather than tied to one office.
How much does ArviCell cost?
