Talk First
You point out what bothers you, your provider watches how your face moves, and together you settle on the product and the dose.
Numb
Topical numbing cream goes on next, with a short pause built in so it can take hold before anything else happens.
Inject
A series of small injections follows, roughly ten minutes for a single area and up to half an hour for a fuller set.
Head Out
On a first visit you stay a few extra minutes before leaving, keep your hands away from the treated muscles for a few hours, and get on with your day.

Can I switch between Botox and Dysport between visits?
Yes. The two medications are similar enough to interchange, so you can try Botox at one appointment and Dysport at the following one while you and your provider compare results. Each round holds for up to four months, and flexible financing is there when a longer plan makes sense.
Does Botox treat anything besides expression lines?
It does. Beyond cosmetic work, our Tampa office administers Botox for TMJ pain, migraines, muscle spasms, and excessive sweating. These medical uses are recognized medicine, and whether one applies to you is a conversation for your consult.
Who plans Botox appointments at the Tampa office?
A team that includes three advanced-practice providers, the deepest injectables bench of our three locations. Neurotoxins are prescription medications, and the FDA warns against receiving them outside licensed medical settings. Ours is a physician-founded medical practice, and the program runs accordingly.
Is there downtime, and what should I skip afterward?
There is no downtime. You head back to work or errands straight from our office; just leave the treated muscles alone for a few hours. And if sagging along the jawline turns out to be the real concern, a PDO thread lift may serve you better than a neurotoxin.
