At our Westchase Tampa flagship, the O-Shot is administered by providers under the medical direction of Dr. Tali Arviv, MD. The treatment uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) prepared from your own blood to support female sexual wellness.
The Flagship's PRP Bench
The O-Shot begins with a small blood draw. The sample is processed in a centrifuge to isolate platelet-rich plasma, which is then administered to the treatment area by your provider. The same PRP preparation process is used for our Tampa PRP treatments for the skin and scalp, making it a familiar protocol for our clinical team.
Whether the O-Shot is appropriate for you is determined during your consultation, based on your medical history, concerns, and treatment goals. Each treatment plan follows the clinical standards established by Dr. Tali Arviv, MD, who founded the practice in 2014. If treatment is not appropriate, your provider will discuss that with you directly.
The O-Shot is also available at our Miami location. Both locations follow the same treatment protocol, privacy standards, and physician-led clinical oversight.

Your Visit

Every O-Shot begins with a private conversation about your concern, your history, and whether this treatment fits. Booking comes after that answer, never before it.
Your provider draws a small sample of your own blood and runs it through a centrifuge, separating the platelet-rich layer from the rest.
The concentrated platelets are administered by your provider in a private treatment room, with the full procedure completed during the same appointment.
Written aftercare instructions are provided following treatment. A follow-up visit is typically scheduled 8 to 12 weeks later to assess your progress and review the treatment plan.

The Tampa office sits on Countryway Boulevard in Westchase, an easy reach from Citrus Park and Carrollwood and, just over the county line, Oldsmar and Safety Harbor. If your week runs between Hillsborough and Pinellas, the visit fits either direction.

A provider working under physician oversight, the same standard Dr. Arviv has held the practice to since founding it in 2014. Tampa carries the largest clinical team of our three locations, with three advanced-practice providers on staff, and your consult and treatment both happen with a provider in a private room.
Your provider walks you through the full list at your consult. In general, PRP guests pause anti-inflammatory medication and blood-thinning supplements in the days before the visit, skip alcohol for a few days, and arrive hydrated after a healthy breakfast. A prescribed medication is never stopped without your prescribing doctor’s input.
Mild soreness at the treatment area can happen. You stay hydrated, hold off on anti-inflammatories for two weeks (Tylenol is fine), skip alcohol for a week, and plan a follow-up around 8 to 12 weeks out. The same PRP aftercare applies to the P-Shot, its counterpart for men.
