3- In -1 Facial Laser Treatment

Here at our Tampa location, you are now able to get 3 different energy based laser treatments in a single session with our Triniti laser! In just a one hour session, we’ll reach 3 levels of resurfacing, from superficial up to 2mm deep.

This is one of the safest laser treatments for correcting skin color (including dark spots), tightening the skin, evening skin tone, and improving skin texture. The Triniti 3 – in – 1 treatment allows you to achieve a total facial renewal without any discomfort or downtime.

Here in Tampa we utilize the most cutting edge, effective technologies with the Elos Plus made by Syneron Candela. Typically 3 treatments are required in total, spread out with 3-4 weeks between each laser treatment. The Triniti 3 – in – 1 fotofacial lasts approximately an hour, alloting 30 minutes for photo-rejuvenation, 20 minutes for tissue tightening and 10 minutes for wrinkle reduction.

IPL (INTENSE PULSED LIGHT) FOR DARK SPOTS AND REDNESS

The IPL treatment done here in Tampa helps reduce pigmentation, age spots, sun spots, small veins, redness and capillaries, poikiloderma. These marks range in color from different shades of brown and red located in areas most often exposed to the sun, particularly the hands, face, shoulders, arms, forehead, and the head if bald.

SUBLIME SKIN TIGHTENING

This portion of the treatment targets the lower face and is also an excellent way to address crows feet near the eyes and forehead. This combines both infrared and bipolar radiofrequency, which is applied to the skin in 5 – 10 passes over the area, resulting in the skin heating to approximately 42 degrees celcius.

Your skin will turn to a pinkish-red hue due to the increase in blow flow to that area. By heating up the tissue, we’re able to stimulate it with infrared and promote the production of elastin and collagen, thereby improving laxity. This is a treatment that can be done alone as a maintenance procedure once a month or as part of the Triniti Fotofacial. Dr. Arviv recommends this treatment monthly for the neck and lower face to improve and maintain the elasticity of the skin.

SUBLATIVE LASER FOR WRINKLES

The final step of the Triniti fotofacial treatment in Tampa is the radio-frequency based procedure. This laser treatment addresses wrinkles, acne scars, and improves the smoothness of your skin. The RF procedure is safe for all skin colors and skin types, and is typically quite quick, posing little- no potential for risks or side effects.

The way this laser works is by focusing RF energy precisely directed at the skin in the form of electrodes. These electrodes result in a small amount of heat being generated, which results in a controlled thermal injury to the surface of the skin. This heat helps to promote the production of collagen and elastin by penetrating into the dermis. With this laser treatment for wrinkles or acne scars can be targeted. Generally speaking, acne scars will require multiple treatments at our Tampa office and sublative can be used alone as a treatment for acne scars. This is the safest treatment for darker skin types for acne scars or discoloration.

When your Tampa Triniti laser treatment is done, you’ll notice new production of collagen and healthy skin cells, leading to a reduction in moderate wrinkles and superficial discolorations of the skin. The texture of your skin becomes more smooth and elastic. Acne scars contract look smaller and more shallow.

TRINITI FOTOFACIAL FAQS

How do I know if I need TRINITI™ Laser Treatment?

Triniti Laser treatment is for those with freckles, brown spots, broken blood vessels, collagen and sun damage. This treatment is available at our Tampa location.

How does TRINITI™ Laser Target Dark Spots, Wrinkles, and More?

The three treatment technologies of Triniti™ — color correction, skin tightening and wrinkle reduction — feature combined Bi-Polar Radio Frequency and Light energies which precisely heat tissue within the targeted treatment area to stimulate the skin for the desired improvement.

Is There Discomfort During the Treatment?

There is some minor discomfort described as a hot pinching sensation but most patients easily undergo this procedure. This resolves at the end of the treatment and there may be some heat sensation that lasts up to an hour. Once this subsides there is no lasting discomfort. In addition, a cooling mask may be used to increase your comfort level. Immediately after treatment, there may be some redness and/or mild swelling which may last up to a few hours post-treatment. In rare instances, swelling and redness have lasted several weeks. If there are a lot of pigmented spots, they will become darker over the week post-treatment and “pepper” or flake off. There is a very low risk (less than 1%) that other side effects may be experienced including bruising, skin wound, infection, and scarring, hypo, and hyperpigmentation, and surface irregularities. Subsequent treatments may be necessary to improve these should they occur.

Can this be combined with other treatments?

The Triniti™ skin series can be combined with other cosmetic treatments offered in our Tampa office such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, injectable fillers, chemical peels, and medical facials. Many patients choose to undergo a combination of treatments in order to achieve the maximum aesthetic result.
